Free Shipping: All orders $50.00 and up qualify for FREE Economy Shipping.

1.Processing & Delivery Times

  • Processing: Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared and packed.

  • Economy Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–8 business days after processing.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–4 business days after processing.

  • Note: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been handed to the carrier.

2. Shipping Accuracy

Because we do not offer refunds or exchanges, it is critical that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. * YURO is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • If you notice an error in your information, email yurowear@gmail.com immediately. We will do our best to update it if the order has not yet been processed.

3. Stolen or Damaged Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, or if your items arrive damaged:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management first.

  2. Email us at yurowear@gmail.com as soon as possible.

  3. Include your order number and photos of any damage.

While we are not liable for carrier errors or theft, we will review your case to see if we can send a replacement order to ensure you receive your items.
